SEE WICKEDNESS! Man klills neighbour with scissors

Its one of the most horrific and it happened in the Lagos. But the Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, Yaba, has detained a suspect named Ibrahim Tijani for allegedly killing his neighbour at Okun, Ogombo area of Ajah.

Eyewitness, gathered that the suspect purportedly used a pair of scissors to stab his neighbour to death after chopping off his hands during a minor misunderstanding which degenerated into a fight.
The victim, Bashorun, it was gathered, sustained injuries on his chest before and reportedly bled to death before he could get help.

It has initially been reported to Ogombo Police Division on the first week of February, but had now been transferred to Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, Yaba, for further investigation. for now thats the latest report so far... Is this not wickedness?
